Pokemon Luvdisc

This pattern is originally made for valentines day but I never shared it. Luvdisc is very easy and fast to make. I used a very soft chenille yarn in 2 colors of pink. Feel free to change yarn and colors to your liking. This pattern is crochetted in spirals and trough the outer loops only, see the picture below for clarification.

Materials: 

- Chenile super soft yarn dark pink

- Chenile super soft yarn light pink

- Safety eyes

- Fiber fill filling

- Crochet hook (I used a 4 mm)

- Needle

- Stitch marker (optional)

Abrevations:

Body (dark pink):

rd 1: 6 sc in mr

rd 2: [inc]6x (12)

rd 3: [sc, inc] 6x (18)

rd 4: [2sc, inc] 6x (24)

rd 5: [3sc, inc] 6x (30)

Fasten off. Crochet another one but do not fasten off that one. We will now crochet the two parts together.

rd 6: 1 sc into the first part. Both parts are now connected. 29 sc in the first part, 1 sc back into the second part. 29 sc in the second part (60)

rd 7: 60 sc (60)

rd 8: [8sc, dec] 6x (54)

rd 9: [7sc, dec] 6x (48)

rd 10: [6sc, dec] 6x (42)

rd 11: [5sc, dec] 6x (36)

rd 12: [4sc, dec] 6x (30)

rd 13: [3sc, dec] 6x (24)

rd 14: [2sc, dec] 6x (18)

rd 15: [sc, dec] 6x (12)

Place the eyes between round 14 and 15 on stitch 2 and 6 (sides of the head). Fill the body and head with fiber fill.

Change color to light pink.

rd 16: 12sc (12)

rd 17: [dec] 6x (6)

rd 18: [dec] 3x (3)

Slip stitch and fasten off. Close the hole between the 2 parts (optional). Weave in the ends.

Cheeks 2x (light pink):

rd 1: 6sc in mr

Slip stitch, fasten off. Sew on the sides of the head as shown in the picture below.
